Each bar of soap is handmade using the traditional cold process soap-making method. In this method, lye, water and a combination of oils are mixed together and a chemical reaction called saponification occurs. What's left is a natural bar of soap containing undisturbed glycerin, AKA the good stuff. Most mainstream soap brands strip their soap of glycerin and instead fill it full of harsh, manufactured chemicals. Not the best look, right? Your skin absorbs 60% of anything applied so make sure it's GOOD for you. Your skin deserves it.
